ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old in order to make a reservation.

RULES FOR PROVIDING INTERCONNECTING ROOMS

We can not guarantee the provision of interconnecting rooms. For interconnecting rooms you need to make a request. For more information, please contact the hotel.

 

POLICY ON PLANNING FAMILY HOLIDAY

Cribs are available free of charge for children up to 2 years old. Size of the bed – 100х60cm.

ORDER OF RESERVATION

For prepaid reservations you must present the credit card, which you have to paid at the reception. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and restated on the basis of the best available rate.

CANSELLATION POLICY

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

RULES FOR EARLY ARRIVAL

Check-in from 9:00 to 12:00 will be charged at 30% of the current rate.

RULES FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

For all the guests leaving before the scheduled date, there is a fee for early departure which is in the amount of the tariff per night in the room plus tax.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS

For security reasons you must show a valid passport at the reception. Other documents are not considered as valid ID.

RULES FOR LATE CHECK-OUT

Late check-out is available for an additional fee based on availability.

Authorization of credit and debit cards is made during the registration an amount, which covers guest stay and additional expenses in the day of arrival. Hotel is not responsible for bank charges or fees.
